FAQ
When will we receive our pictures?
The work starts as soon as we leave your wedding. As soon as possible your pictures are backed up and we start to work on them right away. You will get a highlight gallery within 2 weeks of your Wedding with your Final Gallery ready within 8 weeks.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes we do! We have public liability insurance up to £5,000,000.
What happens if you are sick?
As we mainly work together we have a distinct advantage. If for whatever reason one of us is unable to be at your Wedding the other will take over as the role of lead and will capture your day.
Do we have to buy our prints from you?
In short no! Once you have receieved your final gallery the pictures are yours to print where ever you like. However, we recommend buying your printed items through us as we can not guarantee the quality of items printed outside of our preferred print studio.
We would like somethign not included in the package can we add this?
You certainly can! We can add anything you like to you package. We are more than happy to create custom packages to fit with what you would like! This can also include ceremony only or half day packages.
